  1. Provide fresh, youth-driven perspectives to support the team in shaping sales and marketing strategies targeted at educational institutions and corporations.
  2. Assist in developing strategic approaches for promoting certification and training programs in a B2B context. 
  3. Conduct market research on trends and needs in higher education, workforce development, and public sector engagement. 
  4. Participate in brainstorming sessions for B2B strategies and campaign planning. 
  5. Help prepare presentations, strategic reports, and proposals for institutional clients.
  6. Support communication with institutional partners and assist with administrative tasks.



  1. Active university student (5th–7th semester) majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  2. Interested in education, HR development, business strategy, or institutional partnerships.
  3. Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  4. Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  6. Experience in student organizations, campus projects, or external partnerships is a plus.
