- Final-year student or min. 7th semester student from Psychology, Management (HR), Communication, Business, Education, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, empathetic, and clear in conversations & messaging
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable with admin tasks
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Passionate about career development and helping others succeed
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Available for a part-time internship (preferably hybrid- South Jakarta, is a plus)
  • Provide day-to-day support to students and alumni in their job-seeking journey
  • Review CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and other job application materials
  • Assist in conducting, scheduling and coordinating 1-on-1 coaching and other career support sessions
  • Organize student & alumni data and track job placement updates regularly
  • Handle administrative tasks related to job connect, talent sessions, and documentation
  • Help maintain consistent follow-up and build strong relationships with students
  • Collaborate with Talent Support Officers to improve career readiness programs
  • Support the team in talent support operations/events and continuous improveme

  • Mampu menerapkan manajemen waktu dan menjaga kedisiplinan dalam menyelesaikan tugas

  • Mampu menerapkan kolaborasi efektif dalam tim lintas divisi

  • Mampu mengevaluasi dan menyampaikan feedback secara konstruktif

  • Mampu menunjukkan inisiatif dan menerapkan kepemimpinan dasar dalam situasi kerja

  • Mampu menggunakan tools kerja digital seperti Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, Zoom, dan sejenisnya.

  • Mampu melakukan analisis data sederhana dan mengolah informasi sesuai kebutuhan posisi.

  • Mampu mengelola proyek dan menyusun timeline kerja secara efisien.

  • Mampu menggunakan sistem internal perusahaan seperti CRM, LMS, dan platform lainnya.

  • Mampu mendokumentasikan dan melaporkan hasil kerja secara profesional.
