- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Any prior organizational experience or internships in learning development, syllabus development, instructional design, Learning Management System, or educational content creation.
- Proactive and self-driven with an eye for detail and a passion.
- Willing to grow and learn.
- Has familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Google Workplace & LMS.
- Has a prior knowledge or experience in digital and non-technical skills (Digital Marketing, UI/UX & Graphic Design, Product and Project Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, etc.) would be a plus

  • Mampu membuat dan mengelola asesmen pembelajaran, serta mengintegrasikannya ke dalam Learning Management System (LMS) untuk memastikan pengalaman belajar yang efisien dan terstruktur.

  • Mampu mengelola proses koordinasi mentor, termasuk sourcing, screening, onboarding, serta menjaga engagement selama program berlangsung.

  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas divisi untuk memastikan seluruh aset pembelajaran, konten LMS, dan struktur kelas siap sebelum sesi pelatihan dimulai.

  • Mampu memantau dan mengevaluasi performa kelas melalui pelacakan data, analisis feedback peserta, dan pelaporan berkala sebagai dasar perbaikan berkelanjutan.

  • Mampu berkontribusi dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan materi belajar untuk program non-teknis seperti Digital Marketing, UI/UX & Desain Grafis, Product & Project Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, serta bidang terkait lainnya.

  • Mampu mendukung proses user research dengan membantu pengumpulan data dan penyusunan insight untuk pengembangan strategi pembelajaran ke depan.

- Create and manage assessments, including integration into the Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure a smooth learning experience across multiple batches.
- Oversee mentor coordination, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and maintaining engagement throughout the program.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all learning assets, LMS content, and class structures are properly prepared before each session.
- Monitor and evaluate class performance through data tracking, feedback analysis, and regular reporting to support continuous learning improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of learning materials for non technical programs such as Digital Marketing, UI/UX & Graphic Design, Product and Project Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, and other related fields.
- Support user research initiatives by assisting with data collection and insights gathering to inform future learning strategies.
