- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and self-driven with an eye for detail and a passion.
- Have basic knowledge about recruitment, interview, and microteaching
- Have a prior knowledge or experience in technical and non-technical skills (Digital Marketing, Product and Project Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Data Science & Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, etc.) would be a plus
- Willing to grow and learn

- Sourcing and screening potential mentors/Subject Matter Expert through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks
- Collaborate with LD Officer to identify the mentor needs and requirement for existing and upcoming bootcamp in technical and non-technical topics
- Scheduling and conducting initial briefing and microteaching to assess candidate fit for specific roles
- Ensure a smooth selection process by managing resources and communication with all parties involved
- Maintaining and updating mentor tracking database
  • Mampu melakukan sourcing dan screening mentor atau Subject Matter Expert (SME) dari berbagai channel seperti LinkedIn, media sosial, dan jaringan profesional.

  • Mampu bekerja sama dengan Learning Development Officer untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mentor sesuai topik bootcamp yang sedang berjalan maupun yang akan datang, baik teknikal maupun non-teknikal.

  • Mampu menjadwalkan dan melaksanakan sesi briefing serta microteaching awal guna menilai kesesuaian kandidat dengan peran yang dibutuhkan.

  • Mampu memastikan proses seleksi berjalan lancar melalui pengelolaan resource dan komunikasi yang efektif dengan semua pihak terkait.

  • Mampu mengelola dan memperbarui database tracking mentor secara berkala untuk memastikan keteraturan dan kemudahan pemantauan.
