1. Final-year student or min. 7th semester student all major (If related fields is a plus)
2. Strong interest in product operations, user experience, and business strategy within B2C environments.
3. Proficient in using Google Environment Tools
4. Comfortable working with data and performing basic analysis.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
As an Assistant Product Operation Intern (B2C), you will support the Product and Operations team in ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day processes and contribute to optimizing user experience across our B2C products.
1. Assist in tracking and documenting product performance, user feedback, and operational workflows.
2. Support in coordinating product-related initiatives such as feature launches, user testing, or campaign rollouts.
3. Conduct basic data analysis and reporting to support decision-making for product improvements.
4. Help monitor and troubleshoot operational issues and assist in resolving them in coordination with relevant teams.
5. Maintain and update internal documentation, workflows, and dashboards.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of operational tasks and project milestones.
7. Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates and contributing ideas for product and process enhancements.
  • Mampu melakukan pelacakan dan pendokumentasian performa produk, feedback pengguna, serta alur kerja operasional secara sistematis.

  • Mampu mendukung koordinasi berbagai inisiatif terkait produk seperti peluncuran fitur, pengujian pengguna, atau kampanye.

  • Mampu melakukan analisis data dasar dan menyusun laporan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan produk.

  • Mampu memantau dan membantu menyelesaikan isu operasional yang muncul, bekerja sama dengan tim terkait untuk penyelesaian yang tepat.

  • Mampu memperbarui dokumentasi internal, alur kerja, dan dashboard agar tetap relevan dan mudah digunakan tim.

  • Mampu berkolaborasi dengan berbagai stakeholder guna memastikan setiap tugas operasional dan milestone proyek berjalan tepat waktu.

  • Mampu berkontribusi dalam diskusi tim secara rutin, memberikan update dan ide-ide baru untuk peningkatan produk dan proses kerja.
