As a Product Operation Intern (B2C), you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation and execution of product initiatives targeted at individual users. You will assist the Product and Operations teams by managing data, coordinating tasks across departments, and ensuring that the B2C product experience runs efficiently and effectively.
1. Assist in monitoring product performance metrics and generating regular operational reports.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Tech) to ensure successful implementation of product features and campaigns.
3. Help identify and troubleshoot operational issues affecting the user experience and assist in coordinating solutions.
4. Organize and update documentation related to product workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and task tracking.
5. Support the preparation and coordination of user feedback collection, usability testing, and other research initiatives.
6. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to discussions with data-backed insights and process improvement ideas.
7. Support daily operational tasks to maintain a high-quality experience for B2C users.
  • Mampu memantau metrik performa produk dan menyusun laporan operasional secara rutin untuk mendukung evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan.

  • Mampu berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi (Marketing, Sales, dan Tech) guna memastikan pelaksanaan fitur dan kampanye produk berjalan sukses.

  • Mampu mengidentifikasi dan membantu menangani isu operasional yang berdampak pada pengalaman pengguna, serta mengoordinasikan solusi secara efektif.

  • Mampu mengatur dan memperbarui dokumentasi terkait alur kerja produk, prosedur operasional standar (SOP), dan pelacakan tugas.

  • Mampu mendukung persiapan serta pelaksanaan pengumpulan feedback pengguna, uji coba kegunaan (usability testing), dan inisiatif riset lainnya.

  • Mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam pertemuan internal melalui insight berbasis data dan ide-ide untuk peningkatan proses.

  • Mampu menjalankan tugas operasional harian untuk menjaga kualitas pengalaman pengguna B2C tetap tinggi dan konsisten.
