  • Fresh Graduated or final year students from related majors (Communication, Management, Psychology, Education, or other relevant fields)
  • Proficient in digital tools for online events (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and community management (WhatsApp Group, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
  • Able to perform simple analysis of community metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Have good administrative skills
  • Communicative, detail oriented, high initiative, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Have experience in the edutech industry or education world is a plus
  • Conduct outreach to educators to gather feedback and encourage active participation.
  • Monitor and report community engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Facilitate a minimum of 2 online events per month.
  • Manage online groups and engage and communicate with teachers.
  • Assist Area Manager in compiling data from teachers.
  • Collaborate with partnerships on a monthly basis.
Educator Engagement & Feedback Collection
– Strengthening communication skills by conducting outreach to teachers, gathering meaningful feedback, and fostering active involvement in community initiatives.
Community Management & Data Analysis
– Developing the ability to monitor engagement metrics, interpret community trends, and recommend actionable improvements for greater impact.
Administrative & Organizational Support
– Enhancing administrative capabilities through scheduling, taking minutes, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records efficiently.
Event Planning & Facilitation
– Building confidence and event management skills by organizing and facilitating a minimum of two online events each month with smooth execution.
Online Community Moderation
– Practicing effective management of digital spaces by actively engaging and communicating with teachers across online groups and platforms.
Data Management & Reporting
– Assisting Area Managers in collecting, organizing, and compiling data from teachers to support program planning and decision-making.
Cross-Team Collaboration
– Strengthening teamwork and coordination by working closely with the partnerships team on a monthly basis to align goals and maximize collaboration outcomes.
