  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools (Canva & Capcut)
  • Any previous internship, freelance work, or personal design projects is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and software, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

  • – Strengthening design skills by creating visual assets for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and print materials like brochures and posters.

  • – Developing good organizational habits through maintaining a structured, accessible file system for design elements such as images, fonts, templates, and brand logos.

  • – Enhancing creativity by staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and contributing fresh ideas to elevate the team’s visual storytelling.
Cross-Platform Branding Consistency
  • – Learning how to adapt design elements to maintain a cohesive brand identity across digital and print media.
