Assistant of Product Operation Lead B2C, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation and execution of product initiatives targeted at individual users. You will assist the Product and Operations teams by managing data, coordinating tasks across departments, and ensuring that the B2C product experience runs efficiently and effectively.
1. Assist in monitoring product performance metrics from all bootcamp Dibimbing
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Talent Support, Learning Deisgn and Tech) to ensure successful implementation of product features and campaigns.
3. Organize and update documentation related to product workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and task tracking..
4. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to discussions with data-backed insights and process improvement ideas.
5. Conduct quality assurance checks on new and updated product features to ensure alignment with standards and user needs.
6. Monitor internal business needs and market trends to help identify opportunities for new product development.
Product Performance Analysis
– Enhancing analytical skills by monitoring and interpreting product performance metrics across all bootcamp programs to support data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Strengthening teamwork and coordination by working closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Talent Support, Learning Design, and Tech to ensure smooth implementation of product initiatives.
Workflow Documentation & Task Management
– Developing organizational skills through managing and updating documentation related to product workflows, SOPs, and task tracking systems.
Strategic Thinking & Process Improvement
– Contributing to internal meetings by providing data-backed insights and suggesting process improvements to enhance product operations.
Quality Assurance & User-Centered Testing
– Building attention to detail by conducting QA checks on new or updated product features to ensure they meet user needs and product standards.
Market Research & Product Development Support
– Expanding knowledge in market trend analysis and internal business needs to help identify opportunities for product innovation and development.
